A cake to celebrate the amazing connection between mother & child and the multitude of emotions that can bring.

For me the connection feels strongest when I am following my own instincts and really feeling the extreme love, joy, pride & happiness of being a mother without the interruptions of work or 'noise' from the outside world. This can all change in an instant from lack of sleep, feeling judged or just having a bad day. The thought that somewhere, other mothers around the world are sharing my feelings of insecurity, fear, frustration or loneliness right at the same moment somehow brings me comfort and helps me to feel more connected again.
