Ingredients: Soya margarine, golden caster sugar, SR flour, salt, soya yogurt, soya milk   

vegan lemon sponge cake I love cake! I made this one egg and dairy free so that no animal was inconvenienced by its creation. I chose lemon icing instead of chocolate because kids tend to like it less-- kids have enough cake, mums never have enough. I’m 8 months pregnant and hoping for another baby made of gingerbread!
